GitHub organisations and accounts

Organisations, and people's accounts, whose repositories are candidates as a whole, because what they publish is SAP development tooling or samples: every public repository, and the packages of a monorepo whose packages publish on their own. The listing is the delta: a repository not in the pool is new, and a repository intake passed over is offered again only when its README hash has moved. What was read and what came of it is data/crawled/intake-log.json; the pool is data/crawled/github-orgs.json.
