Both answers were already quoted on this entry: the README calls it a Claude Code plugin and names no other client, and the sentence about detecting servers by tool name is the clearest statement of the third state on this door, since the reader supplies the servers and the skills do not care what they are called. Re-read on 2026-10-15 and unchanged.
