The README read on 2026-10-15 lists Claude Code as the first prerequisite and names no other client the plugins install into, so the one value is the whole answer; the `AGENTS.md` template it ships is for agents that are not Claude and is not an install route the README states. system_reach rests on the sentence the entry's own warning already turned on: there is no connector here, and the reach comes from servers the reader connects.
