Irreversibly anonymises PII and PHI data in non-production SAP systems, against a scrambling template the user creates.
Copying a production system down for testing carries real personal and health data with it. This scrambles the fields a user-created template names, irreversibly, keeping each scrambled value the same length as the original; the README's examples are patient names, contact names, personal email addresses and personal bank account details. The template is maintained on screens of its own, where a double-click on a key opens an editable list of a table's fields and a double-click on a table name shows the data marked for scrambling, and an application log records runs, scrambled data, template updates and failed attempts. Running it in background mode takes a batch job of its own, started after the event DST_START. Installation needs AS ABAP 7.40 and abapGitabapGitA Git client written in ABAP that runs inside the system, so objects are cloned, pulled and pushed without leaving it; with no package manager in ABAP, a cloned repository is how code is distributed.community org, abap, a custom application log object ZDST created in SLG0, the background event DST_START created in SM64, and a role carrying the Z_S_DST authorisation object with activity 02 to edit a template and 16 to execute scrambling.
