SAP Cloud Portal Service

SAP's BTP service for role-based portal sites: pages, apps and widgets behind single sign-on for employees, customers and partners, with content from SAP products and other providers.

Employees, customers and partners who work across several SAP applications need one place to start from that shows each of them the apps and content their role allows. SAP Cloud Portal Service builds such sites: pages, apps, widgets and a site menu in SAP Fiori 3 or a custom design, with role-based navigation and single sign-on to SAPUI5, SAP GUI for HTML and Web Dynpro ABAP apps. Content from SAP products and other content providers is integrated into a site in the same way, and a business solution can itself be exposed as a SaaS content provider whose content a site consumes. The administration tools cover a site's themes, transport, translation, templates and extensions, and content items such as apps, roles, groups and catalogues, and a launchpad module can be embedded in a business solution with personalisation, translation and custom themes at runtime. In the region marked Neo, the service is being removed from the Eligible Cloud Services List on 31 December 2028.
