Bruno API collections and code samples for calling SAP's Relational Pretrained Transformer models on SAP AI Core for predictions on tabular data, one subdirectory per model.

Making a prediction with an SAP-RPT model means calling its SAP AI Core deployment directly, and this repository packages that as Bruno API collections and code, one subdirectory per model such as sap-rpt-1.6. It covers reading the AI Core service key from the BTP subaccount, generating an OAuth token and sending the prediction request from Bruno, with the collection's baseUrl and authUrl to be set first. It stops there: a service instance on AI Core's extended plan and a deployment of the model are the reader's to set up, and Bruno is installed separately.

SAP Relational Pretrained Transformer Samples

SAP REUSE status

Description

This repository contains Bruno API collections and code samples for using SAP Relational Pretrained Transformer (RPT) models.

Usage

The Bruno API collections and code in the model subdirectories (e.g. /sap-rpt-1.6) show how to make predictions on tabular data using SAP RPT models.
Please note that you need a service instance of SAP AI Core (service plan "extended") and a deployment of the model (for example sap-rpt-1.6 - see SAP AI Core documentation and tutorials).

Get Service Key

To obtain your service key:

  1. Navigate to your BTP subaccount overview page.
  2. Navigate to your BTP service instance page and Click on the SAP AI Core instance to view the service key details.
Generate AUTH_TOKEN

To generate your authentication token, please refer to this link.

Bruno API Collection

Important Note The baseUrl and authUrl need to be modified by the above picture.

  • Get the Oauth Token.get_oauth_token
  • You can verify that your access token should work by sending the request in bruno.
