Account provisioning

The btp CLI runs account administration tasks, among them creating subaccounts and managing authorisations, from a terminal or from a script with JSON output. Not covered: At the account structure the platform manages. Cloud Foundry spaces and their roles, and what happens inside a service instance such as a HANA Cloud database mapping into a Kyma namespace, are set with the Cloud Foundry tooling or the service's own API, which the samples here combine with it.
