@sap/cds-dk The command line client and development toolkit for CAP projects, with the commands cds build, cds deploy, cds watch and cds add among them.

Not covered: At the workflow file. The workflows are GitHub Actions and nothing else; the variables and secrets of the target account, a sandbox subaccount as the organisation's default, are yours to maintain; and which branch or tag deploys where is the workflow's convention, not the runtime's. A pipeline on Jenkins, GitLab or Azure is project Piper's, linked from the guide and not indexed here.
