Nothing ships. capire names the WebSocket plugin among CAP plugins and points at it, which is the core taking a position without taking ownership: the implementation is community-org code.
Not covered: It stops at naming it. Scaling push across instances, and what happens to a socket when a deployment rolls, are the consumer's problem.
