SAP Web IDE Full-Stack

SAP's IDE service on BTP for SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori apps, full-stack SaaS applications, SAP S/4HANA extensions, hybrid mobile apps and IoT apps, with an SDK for extending the IDE itself.

SAP Web IDE Full-Stack is an IDE on SAP BTP to develop, test, build, deploy and extend business apps: SAP Fiori apps on the SAPUI5 JavaScript UI library, full-stack applications with UI, business logic and database layers, SAP S/4HANA cloud service extensions, hybrid mobile apps based on Apache Cordova and Kapsel, and IoT apps for SAP Leonardo. Standard SAP Fiori apps are extended at their extension points in code or in graphical editors, and an SDK adds app templates or integrates external tools into the IDE. The regions SAP lists for it are Neo regions apart from Russia (Moscow), KSA (Riyadh) and Germany (Frankfurt 4), and SAP's notice on its plan says the service in Neo is being removed from the Eligible Cloud Services List on 31 December 2028. A blog SAP features beside the service calls SAP Business Application Studio the evolution of SAP Web IDE.
