upDOWNci
A tool that uploads and downloads SAP Code Inspector check variants as XML files, one variant at a time or several in one ZIP file, installed through abapGit.
upDOWNci moves SAP Code Inspector check variants in and out of a system as XML. Program ZUPDOWNCI downloads or uploads a single check variant, with the username left blank for a global one, and an upload either creates the variant or adds checks to it. Program ZUPDOWNCI_MASS_DOWNLOAD downloads several variants as one ZIP file, in which a user-specific variant is stored in a folder named after the user; a variant that errors is excluded from the file and the error displayed. It states a version requirement of 702, installs through abapGitabapGitA Git client written in ABAP that runs inside the system, so objects are cloned, pulled and pushed without leaving it; with no package manager in ABAP, a cloned repository is how code is distributed.community org, abap, and the README links a gist for using it from abapGit itself.

Download and upload single variants
You can utilize program ZUPDOWNCI to download and upload single check variants.
Leave username blank for global variants.
Upload will create or add checks to the specified variant.
Mass-download of variants
You can utilize program ZUPDOWNCI_MASS_DOWNLOAD to download multiple variants as a single ZIP file.
User-specific variants are stored in a folder named after the user.
If an error occurs for a specific check variant, then it is excluded from the ZIP file and an error is displayed.
