ui5-middleware-iasync
A UI5 dev-server middleware built on browsersync.io that syncs user interactions across connected browsers over a websocket, replaying an action from one browser in the others for manual testing.
Built on browsersync.io, this opens a websocket connection to every browser pointed at the UI5 app and relays interaction events between them, so an action taken in one browser is replayed in the others. It also injects HTML into index.html to remap certain UI5 control events for that purpose: the sap.m.Button click event is overwritten with its tap event. The README warns that this control manipulation can lead to unexpected results in the UI, and asks for UI5 CLI 3.0 or later for the specVersion 3.0 support it depends on.

Prerequisites

⚠️ UI5 CLI Compatibility All releases of this UI5 CLI extension using the major version
3require UI5 CLI V3. Any previous releases below major version3(if available) also support older versions of the UI5 CLI. But the usage of the latest UI5 CLI is strongly recommended!

iasync uses browsersync.io under the hood. It transmits user interactions of the UI via a websocket pool. Respectively, all browsers connected to http://ui5-app:port open a websocket connection, listening for and receiving interactions events.
Additionally, iasync injects custom HTML into index.html, manipulating browser event handlers of UI5 controls - see lib/ui5mangler.html. E.g. the sap.m.Button's click event is overwritten with its' tap event.
