Two runnable custom industry AI agent projects from an SAP webinar series, one built in Joule Studio Agent Builder and one wiring Joule to a code-based deep research agent.

Each numbered folder holds a complete, runnable project from one session of the webinar series Reimagine your customer's business processes with AI Agents, with its own README to follow. The first, an Escalation Assistant, uses Joule Studio's no-code/low-code approach to support a Support Manager through the escalation-to-resolution process, and names Joule Studio Agent Builder as the service it is built with. The second connects SAP Joule to a code-based deep research agent three ways, built with Joule Studio Agent Builder and the Joule Studio Code Editor: an Agent-to-Agent call with a timeout of one minute or less, an asynchronous API with a timeout of five minutes or less, and an A2A client service with streaming.

10-Escalation Assistant with Joule StudioThe webinar Increase business outcomes by unleashing the power of AI agents takes an in-depth look at custom AI agents within the SAP ecosystem and explores how SAP partners can build industry-specific content-based AI agents using Joule Studio no-code/low-code approach. On this session you will gain an understanding of AI agents and how they can help transform and optimize business processes. The associated prototype use case features a custom AI agent (Escalation Assistant) designed to support a Support Manager by streamlining the escalation-to-resolution process.Joule Studio Agent Builderblog post
