CDS-TS-Dispatcher: Simplifying SAP CAP TypeScript Development

The first of a pair introducing the author's own libraries, and it states what it is reacting to: CAP derives OData services from a CDS model, but the communication between business logic, service and persistence layers is left to you, and the earlier attempt at the service-layer half, cds-routing-handler, appeared unmaintained against newer CAP. The dispatcher is the answer offered for that layer.

Distinct from typing, which is about the model being visible to the compiler; this is about the shape of the code around it.
