Scheduling a Background Job for the BDC Session Method Using RSBDCSUB

Walks through uploading data with GUI_UPLOAD, building a BDC session with BDC_OPEN_GROUP, BDC_INSERT and BDC_CLOSE_GROUP, then scheduling the standard program RSBDCSUB as a background job with JOB_OPEN, SUBMIT ... VIA JOB and JOB_CLOSE so the session processes without manual SM35 intervention. Shows the resulting job's status and spool read back through SM37, the way a reader confirms afterwards that a scheduled job actually ran.
