UI5 Web Components ship no router: the library is a set of framework-independent custom elements meant to be used from any web framework or plain HTML, not built on top of the OpenUI5 runtime that carries the hash router, and SAP's own tutorial for a UI5 Web Components for React project adds navigation with react-router-dom rather than a UI5 API.
