SAP Data Privacy Integration
A reuse service whose APIs an application calls for its data privacy duties: retention rules and deletion at the end of purpose, reports of the personal data held, and anonymisation of unstructured data.
An application that holds personal data has to delete it when its purpose ends, tell a data subject what it holds, and correct or remove it on request. SAP Data Privacy Integration is a reuse service an application consumes through APIs for those duties. Retention management keeps the rules and triggers deletion of data that has reached the end of its purpose; information reporting generates reports of the personal data stored, exports them, and triggers correction and deletion; anonymisation and pseudonymisation work on unstructured data, meaning free text, text files and images. The service is multitenant, so a tenant-aware application can use it. Its Application plan was removed from the Eligible Cloud Services List as of 1 July 2026 and is not available for renewal; SAP names the Enterprise plan instead, which now includes its features.
