SAP Personal Data Manager
A BTP service that finds data subjects, tells them which of their personal data an application or service stores and uses, and handles their requests about it.
A person may ask a company which of their personal data an application holds, and ask for a copy, a change or a deletion. SAP Personal Data Manager is where those requests are handled: a search finds the data subject, as a private or a corporate customer, the service shows which of their personal data an application or service uses, and a personal data record can be sent to them by email. Requests are created on behalf of data subjects, sent for processing and evaluated in the same place, and the service can be used in tenant-aware, multitenant applications. Its Standard plan is removed from the list of Eligible Cloud Services as of 15 September 2026 and is not available for renewal terms that begin after that date.
