@sap-ux/ui5-application-writer
A library that writes the base structure of a UI5 project from Node code, out of an app id, title and description, returning a mem-fs editor so a generator needs no template engine of its own.
generate(projectDir, { app, package }) returns a mem-fs editor and commit() writes the project, so a generator that has already asked its questions produces the files without a template engine of its own. What it writes is the base structure the package name says it is: the OData service comes from @sap-ux/odata-service-writer@sap-ux/odata-service-writerA library that adds an OData service to a UI5 project that already exists, writing the file updates from a config object naming the service url, its OData version and a destination.sap official, ui5 and the flexible programming model elements from @sap-ux/fe-fpm-writer@sap-ux/fe-fpm-writerA library that writes flexible programming model elements, such as a custom page wired into the app's routing, into a Fiori elements application for OData v4 from Node code.sap official, ui5, each taking the same editor. There is nothing to run here, because it is published for a generator or a script to call rather than for a developer to invoke in a project, and it declares Node.js 22 or later.

Packages in the SAP Open UX Tools monorepo have been migrated from CommonJS (CJS) to ECMAScript Modules (ESM) with NodeNext module resolution.
'@sap-ux/backend-proxy-middleware-cf' is experimental and will remain at major version 0. '@sap-ux/generator-odata-downloader' is a top level yeoman generator and will remain as CJS until validation as ESM is done.
What Changed
