A report that exports ABAP table content to a JSON zip file, per table or per package, imports it back into its table, and compares or copies table content across servers.
Copying or comparing table content between ABAP systems usually means writing one-off code for each table. abap2json runs as the report ZABAP2JSON and exports a single table to a TABLE.datetime.json.zip file or a whole package to *.json.zip, imports a JSON zip back into its table, compares table data against a JSON zip, and compares or copies table content across servers. A standalone mini program for import only, ZJSONZIP_IMPORT, is published as a single file in the maintainer's abap2json_demo repository.
