It lists service instances and their keys and can write a key into a project as a CAP hybrid binding in .cdsrc-private.json or as default-env.json. It drives the Cloud Foundry CLI, which has to be installed, and asks before acting on a target whose org or space name matches prod, production or prd by default.

The CAP-specific agreement makes the deployment platform part of the permitted productive-use condition, so deployment choices need the applicable agreement checked rather than treated as purely technical.
