abap-tags-backend

The ADT backend needed by the separate ABAP Tags Eclipse plugin, installed in the ABAP system with abapGit; an upgrade to v2.0.0 or later runs a migration program for its new database tables.

The ABAP Tags Eclipse plugin needs a counterpart running inside the ABAP system to serve its data over ADT; this repository is that backend. It installs with abapGit, and reaching it from ADT requires the authorization object S_ADT_RES scoped to the URI prefix /devepos/adt/atm/*. Upgrading from before v2.0.0 to v2.0.0 or later requires running the migration program ZABAPTAGS_MIGR_v2_0, because of new database tables; new installations do not need it.
