Converts classic Open SQL SELECTs to released CDS entities
In beta by its own page's account, where conversion bugs may occur and not all functions and variants are supported yet. The shapes named as not yet supported are sub selects, FOR ALL ENTRIES, functions such as count and sum, and the IN operator with a value list, so a statement built on one of those is outside what the converter sets out to do.
Report-style programming model for abap2UI5 on ABAP Cloud
Not a way to run existing reports unchanged: a report is rewritten as a class, and `CALL SCREEN`, dynpro modules, batch input, `SUBMIT` and native SQL are refused by the converter rather than mapped. Not an SAP GUI in the browser either: the programming model is classic and the screens are UI5, and the README points at abap2UI5-addons/sapgui for SE16N or SM37. Output has gaps the README names — ALV cells show dates and times as the model carries them rather than in the user's format, print is a text file because ABAP Cloud has no spool, and value tables for F4 are read on premise only.
Injectable wrapper for SY fields and date functions in ABAP Cloud
Reports Clean Core ATC results per system as Level A to D KPIs
Hosted workspace redrawing custom ABAP as BPMN and grading it
Not reachable Not reachable since 2026-10-20.
Functional boundary The Level A–D grade merges SAP's two published files in the tool's own engine: it is an orientation rather than an ATC result and is left out of the signed audit pack, and the repository documents state by state where the grade is expected to differ from what the clean core ATC check reports. Nothing here runs ABAP Unit — on the RAP track that result is recorded from your own SAP system, and generated CAP tests run against mocks in an isolated runner rather than in a real SAP S/4HANA system. Tenants, organisation accounts, single sign-on, a self-hosted edition and write access through an API are deliberately not built, and one account has five analysis runs before a Gemini API key of its own is needed.
Browser form over SAP's Cloudification Repository for ABAP Cloud
Not for an automated check: the answer arrives as a page in a browser, so a rule that has to run over a codebase, or an agent mid-task, needs the repository as data rather than as a form.
Polyfill for CL_ABAP_CODEPAGE under Clean Core
AWS agents for ABAP, PI/PO and BW modernisation work
There is nothing to clone here: "Access is provided through a registration page. Once registered, you will receive access to the GitHub repository containing the agents, deployment guides, and documentation", and that repository answers 404 to anyone who has not registered, so neither the agent code nor the deployment guides can be read before the form is filled in. AWS states the agents are published as an unsupported solution, with customers responsible for testing and securing the code before deploying in production, and that they are intended for non-production SAP environments rather than production systems. The documentation link in the README is still a placeholder.
MCP server answering whether SAP objects are released for ABAP Cloud
It answers about the object catalogue, not about your code: nothing here reads your system, so it will tell you a table is not released and not that you used it. That check is ATC's, and this is what makes ATC's answer actionable.
UI5 app and CAP service copying role collections between subaccounts
Quiet No published releases; repository quiet for 54 months.
No license Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
BTP Core Services as MCP tools with in-chat dashboards
It administers a real account through Core Services, so what it can change is what the caller can change. And the UI half depends on hosts that render mcp-ui or MCP Apps resources; elsewhere those five tools return markup nobody displays.
MTA projects sharing a role collection across role templates
Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
VS Code extension editing ABAP systems over ADT as a filesystem
CLI that pulls and pushes ABAP packages as local files over ADT
A Python 3.10+ CLI, installed with pipx rather than through any SAP-provided package manager. Its own README lists what it does not do yet: where-used, syntax check and unit test runs — for those it says to reach for [ADT/Eclipse](external:eclipse) or an MCP server. First release, v0.1.0, and no standalone LICENSE file in the repository — the MIT grant is in the README and in pyproject.toml's project metadata rather than its own file.
SAP GUI transaction for one-click transports of copies
VS Code extension automating ActiveControl transport forms
Eclipse plugin linking ABAP transports to SAP Cloud ALM features
An Eclipse installation older than the 2026-03 release, or a Java below 21, cannot take it: both are listed prerequisites, and 2026-03 is named as the oldest release the current ADT installs on. The tenant, region, client ID and client secret are entered per installation in Eclipse preferences, so each developer configures the Cloud ALM connection in their own IDE.
MCP server for ABAP on the ADT session, in Eclipse or standalone
In the Eclipse mode the server lives in a developer's IDE, binds to 127.0.0.1 and answers any request carrying an `Origin` header with HTTP 403, so a pipeline or a remote agent has nothing to reach; the standalone mode on the runtime of the ADT for VS Code extension is the documented route with no IDE open. A new connection starts in write mode, so the 11 write tools are live against a connected system until someone presses Toggle Read-Only. The dropins route for the two bundles is documented as untested.
Uploads, downloads and imports ABAP transport requests as files
Adds a program's dependent objects to a transport request
Shows which feature branches reached which environment branch
A team that does not keep one long-lived branch per environment has no environment branches for it to compare feature branches against. What it reports is the merge state of branches in Git, so it says nothing about whether a merged change has been built or deployed to the environment.
Native macOS code editor for ABAP and CDS
It runs on macOS only. Hammer Core Services, the part installed into the SAP system, needs that system on ABAP Platform 2023 or newer with SAP_BASIS 758 or newer, and installing it needs a user who can create development objects and run background jobs in that system.
MCP server in ABAP inside the application server, with agent skills
Its maker offers it commercially.
Tool mapping BEx queries to the transport requests carrying them
Release and repository quiet for 50 months.
Report creating transports of copies without a new version
No published releases; repository quiet for 42 months.
Library for managing ABAP constants from registered sources
Quiet No published releases; repository quiet for 41 months.
Functional boundary Not in a production environment yet: the maintainer puts abaK in beta, says its API can still change and more tests are needed, and asks that a non-beta release be waited for.
Framework for runtime parameters, ranges and value mappings in ABAP
Generic customizing table and reader for ad hoc ABAP parameters
Helper class for reading TVARVC parameters and select-options
No published releases; repository quiet for 33 months.
ABAP application options as a structure with a generated editor
Theme, CSS and CSP settings of abap2UI5 pages kept in tables
`APP_TITLE` is not applied by the exit: the `title` field was removed from `z2ui5_if_ui5_exit=>ty_s_http_config` in abap2UI5 1.145.0, so an app that wants it as its browser tab title sets it while it runs. The live theme preview runs the frontend action `THEMING` / `setTheme` and needs UI5 1.118 or later; on an older release a saved theme applies with the next page load. The code is written for ABAP 7.50 and the README states there is no downported 7.02 version, no 702 branch and no workflow that builds one.
Tool completing a CAP project's deployment configuration
Tied to a specific training repository and last released August 2023. The repository the package declares has been deleted — verified against the GitHub API, not just a failed fetch. The package is still on npm, so it installs; the source it was published from is no longer readable, which is a harder thing to discover than a stale version number.
CAP bookshop with Fiori elements UI deployed whole to Cloud Foundry
Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
CAP project built and deployed to Cloud Foundry by GitHub Actions
Approuter session held in a bound Redis cache instance
No license Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
Functional boundary Not a descriptor to deploy as it stands: the approuter's `sessionSecret` is written out in `mta.yaml`.
MTA deploying CAP, HDI container and a Fiori elements app
Framework activating custom ABAP enhancements through a Fiori app
Anything below SAP S/4HANA 2023 FPS03 (ABAP 7.58), and any system not running the ABAP Cloud development model: those two are the prerequisites the README names, and it states that the framework targets ABAP Cloud exclusively.
Report listing user-exits, BAdIs and enhancement spots of a program
Live-updatable feature toggles for CAP, backed by Redis
Feature toggle for ABAP read via is_active on view ZFEAT_TOGGLE
Feature-toggle pattern for CAP CDS
Last released June 2022 at 0.0.6, and no repository is declared on the package.
Feature toggle framework for ABAP with a UI5 GUI
Quiet No published releases; repository quiet for 101 months.
Functional boundary Not where a toggle is meant to be switched on in a production system: the maintainer warns that features should never be enabled in a production system.
Transactional processing of asynchronous and periodic CAP events
If you need sub-second fan-out to external consumers this is the wrong layer — reach for [Event Mesh](artifact:btp-event-mesh) or Kafka. Without [Redis](external:redis), periodic processing still works but instant dispatch degrades to polling.
Local MCP server on support status from an SAP PAM export
Browser app checking SAP product support status from a PAM export
UI5 build task warning when the app's UI5 version reaches EOCP
The version list comes from ui5.sap.com, so a build that cannot reach it has nothing to match the project's version against. It checks the version written in `ui5.yaml`; a framework version a deployed app loads from elsewhere is outside what it sees.
Log fetcher and parser for one Cloud Foundry app
Merged log tail of every started app in a Cloud Foundry space
Object-oriented wrapper around the Business Application Log
Chainable logger for ABAP Cloud around CL_BALI_LOG
Fluentd client in ABAP for sending log lines to a collector
No published releases; repository quiet for 96 months.
Logger storing RFC function module call parameters as JSON
ABAP logging library with one interface across output targets
No published releases; repository quiet for 36 months.
Exports Business Application Log entries to Graylog or Loki
No published releases; repository quiet for 41 months.
Logging library for ABAP over the Application Log
Message logger for ABAP Cloud that saves to the Application Log
Framework for multi-step ABAP processes with monitoring
Only on SAP S/4HANA 2023 and 2025, on premise or private cloud: [SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition](external:sap-s4hana-cloud-public-edition) and the [SAP BTP ABAP environment](artifact:btp-abap-environment) are listed as coming soon, and a 2023 system has to leave out `ZABAP_PRC_EVENTS_SE_2025`, whose event-based side effects rely on APIs released with S/4HANA 2025. Not for a system that already carries a copy, because object names are global and two versions cannot live side by side, and not for a productive system by way of the `ZABAP_PRC_DEMO*` packages, which the README states are not intended for one and whose init classes delete and rebuild their own tables on every run. While the major version is 0 the public API is not stable: minor bumps carry breaking changes with no deprecation period, so productive use means pinning a tag and reading the CHANGELOG before every upgrade.
Application logging for ABAP transpiled to JavaScript on Node.js
UI5 library collecting an app's JavaScript errors
Release and repository quiet for 43 months.
Object-oriented wrapper around SAP's Application Log (SLG1)
Release and repository quiet for 37 months.
Ten short CAP Java references, one document per topic
CLI for operating tenants of multitenant CAP applications
Multitenant CAP application using cds-mtxs
Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
Promise and async/await implementation for ABAP
No published releases; repository quiet for 36 months.
Framework for running ABAP work units in parallel tasks
Quiet No published releases; repository quiet for 57 months.
Functional boundary The maintainer states the current state has never been used in real-world scenarios: the demo reports in package ZAPS_DEMO and the unit tests are the only runs reported, and the release table marks SAP_BASIS 740 unclear, 754 as the release it was developed on, and 750 to 756 as expected to work.
Coroutine framework for ABAP with awaitable results
No published releases; repository quiet for 26 months.
No published releases; repository quiet for 74 months.
Parallel task library for ABAP over the SPTA framework
Threading library for ABAP modelled on Java's Thread and Runnable
No published releases; repository quiet for 37 months.
Usage, error and response-time monitor for abap2UI5
It sees [abap2UI5](artifact:abap2ui5-abap2ui5) only: the figures come from the framework's HTTP handler, its monitor hook and its draft table, so nothing outside abap2UI5 appears in them. The usage, error and performance tabs stay empty until the handler line is in place or the user exit sets `check_monitor_active`. Recording which employee used which application, when and how fast, is subject to works council co-determination in Germany (§ 87 (1) no. 6 BetrVG); user tracking is `HASH` by default, `NAME` stores user names, and the request recorder keeps the complete request and response of every roundtrip for two days by default.
Policy enforcement and field masking for MCP-enabled CAP apps
UI5 frontend performance and error capture for CAP
CAP caching plugin for query results and remote service responses
When user-dependent responses are cached without user-aware or explicit operation keys, or translated responses share keys across locales. These cases require key isolation; locale-aware keys are off by default.
OpenTelemetry support for the CDS Node.js runtime
CAP plugin joining external entities with internal tables at query
The declared repository is on SAP's internal GitHub (github.tools.sap) and is not publicly reachable, so npm is the only place to read anything about it.
Multitenant CAP application using cds-mtxs
Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
Generates local classes from FORM-based ABAP programs
No published releases; repository quiet for 67 months.
Node.js command writing PDF documentation for an ABAP package
Not reachable since 2026-10-20.
In-browser ABAP editor beside the abap2UI5 app it builds
A `SELECT` from a business table has nothing to select from: the database in the page holds the framework's own tables, and nothing can reach outside the browser, so an app that reads a system's data cannot be tried here. Only the UI5 libraries built in are available and a control from anywhere else will not load; what the transpiler cannot compile is reported in the output panel rather than run. State lives in the tab — a reload, and a press of Run, starts over on a fresh database.
No published releases; repository quiet for 31 months.
MCP server searching seventeen SAP documentation repositories
It reads documentation, never a system: nothing in it opens a package.json, a CDS model or an ABAP client, so a question about what your own project does has to be answered elsewhere. The offline half is only as fresh as the submodules the last build pinned, and the index answers where something is written down rather than which of two packages fits a task.
MCP server with semantic search over SAP AI Core documentation
Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
Read-only MCP server over the SAP Business Accelerator Hub
The maintainer states it is unofficial, not endorsed by SAP, and that it uses authenticated Hub web and catalogue endpoints and browser session cookies in ways SAP's terms of service, SAP account terms or an organisation's own policies may restrict. The same README asks the reader not to use it for production, broad distribution or shared access without explicit approval, and says that installing it grants no permission to automate SAP services.
MCP server with semantic search over SAP BTP documentation
Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
MCP server searching and fetching SAP Notes and KBAs
It needs an S-user with SAP Support Portal access, so there is nothing to search without a support contract behind the login. The maintainer states it uses private SAP APIs behind authentication, asks the reader to check whether that use breaches SAP's terms of service, and disclaims both liability and any guarantee that it keeps working. MFA is handled only by typing the code into a visible browser, so a headless deployment cannot complete a login that demands one.
MCP server over SAP Road Map Explorer
What it returns is planning material, not a commitment, and the monorepo labels the server's role "future/planned features (planning only)". The maintainer also states it is unofficial, not endorsed by SAP, and that it uses authenticated Road Map Explorer web endpoints and browser session cookies in ways SAP's terms of service or an organisation's policies may restrict, with production, broad distribution and shared access called out as needing explicit approval. An account that requires MFA has to be bootstrapped once through a visible browser.
Hosted app listing changes between SAPUI5 or OpenUI5 versions
No license Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
Functional boundary It reports what the change log says, not what your application uses, so it cannot tell you which of the listed changes touches your code. The repository carries no licence file, which leaves the code itself with no grant attached even though the hosted app is open to use.
VS Code side bar view of the SAPUI5 and OpenUI5 API reference
ABAP Keyword Documentation as Markdown with indexes
The Markdown is a snapshot of whatever help.sap.com served when the pipeline last ran, and the Standard library is scraped from the `latest` index, so which release a page describes follows from the scrape date rather than from anything the corpus states. `package.json` states ISC and the repository carries no LICENSE file, so what the copied SAP documentation may be used for is not stated in it.

CAP sample drawing a material BOM as a UI5 network graph
Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
Chat app on CAP and SAPUI5 against the OpenAI API
It calls the OpenAI API directly with a key in the environment. It was written in early 2023 and last touched in May 2023, which is before SAP AI Core and the CAP LLM plugins existed — so read it for the shape of the application, not for how a CAP service should reach a model today.
Todo app with CAP and SAPUI5 in TypeScript over OData V4
Neither the package manifest nor the repository tree declares a licence.
129 abap2UI5 sample apps, one ABAP class each
A sample that needs something the system provides is not here — the samples-stack repository holds the OData, RAP, WebSocket and launchpad demos, and samples-controls the rebuilds of the UI5 Demo Kit originals. Every class in `src/` keeps to controls and properties available since UI5 1.71 and not deprecated, apart from two clipboard samples marked `(UI5 1.119+)`, so a newer control is not demonstrated here. Numbers are handed out per repository and reused across the three, so `493` alone does not name a sample: `Z2UI5_CL_SMP_APP_493` is the Hello World here.
Eleven abap2UI5 apps, one per open-source ABAP library
Not on ABAP Cloud: most of the libraries use APIs that are not released there, and the repository has no ABAP Cloud gate yet. Not beyond a development system without authorisation checks added first — the samples carry none of their own, the abap-fm-logger sample reads the log table `ZAFL_LOG` with whatever the logged calls received and returned, and the abap_fm_json sample calls function modules, limited to a hard-coded whitelist.
UI5 Demo Kit samples rebuilt as abap2UI5 apps
The 221 ports under `src/02` need a UI5 runtime newer than 1.71: they install and activate on any release, and on an older UI5 the newer control does not render. The `src/03` collection is hand-written for SAPUI5-only controls and needs a SAPUI5 bootstrap. There are no per-library branches, so pulling the whole repository is the one way in and the activation takes a few minutes.
Release and repository quiet for 36 months.
